1995 to 2005 - DP Celebrates a Decade in Business

Wow ... 10 Years! Ten years of web site and web application development is an accomplishment in and of itself. But what was truly rewarding was the reaction to our 10th Anniversary Party.

When the invitations went out, we had no idea what to expect. We were humbled by the overwhelming response. RSVPs came with congratulations and compliments, smiles and support. Although we had a number of folks who could not make it, we had close to 300 say “Yes!”

On November 10th, 2005 at 4pm, we opened up the office to clients and prospects, partners & vendors, friends & family. There was stellar wine (the Wine Gallery + Market does a wonderful job), terrific food (from Samaritan House’s Café 458), plentiful beer (Atlanta Brewery pulls through again) and spirited conversation (thanks to our guests). Our friends from Zero Drivers, a designated driver service, were here just in case (no one needed a ride, but it’s always a good idea to provide options when you provide alcohol!).

Abraxas Business Services, our next door neighbors, hosted the event with us. We’re not sure if the libations contributed or not, but the networking was tremendous. We’ve already received many a “thank you” for connections made that night.

So, as this Thanksgiving holiday approaches, Beth and I are thankful for the people we’ve had the opportunity to work with and for over the last 10 years, the trust they’ve placed in us and the support they’ve given. We look forward to 10 more years.
