Do you like horses
1, the wind in your hair
2, long walks on the beach
3 and the smell of cinnamon
4? Do you feel misunderstood, under appreciated and unchallenged by your life? Do you find yourself longing to belong -- to feel spiritually whole, financially secure and physically superior? Finally, do you feel like the very act of you simply walking into a room deserves a crescendo swell of theme music from the London Philharmonic?!?!?
5 Me too, friend. That's why I work for Digital Positions
6 and guess what? NOW YOU CAN TOO!!!
We are looking for a special kind of ColdFusion Developer, clearly. If you have no sense of humor, or often feel angry, tense, generally disagreeable, smug, smarmy, superior or fussy, you need not apply.
You must be smart, welcome a challenge and want to learn a lot about everything. Everything in this case includes high-level ColdFusion programming, Flex development, AJAX, interface design, database design, application architecture and a lot more. This is a full-time, onsite position.
Digital Positions is a fast growing Web Development firm located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA and has been in business over eleven years. We have over 200 active clients and the list is growing every day. The heart of our business is an extremely robust and flexible site management system we authored. i3SiteTools (soon to be re-branded) is set to go open source within the next few months. You will have an incredible opportunity to participate in the continued build-out of this platform as well as to work on a wide variety of client projects that range a number of industries. What I'm saying here is that every day is different, but one thing is a constant --- you will enjoy the work.
Here's the formal job description/requirements (much more boring):

Pay is negotiable based on skill and experience. Healthcare and 401K plans are available.
Interested candidates should send a resume to: hr @ d-p.com and include salary requirements.
- Actual horses (as in giddyup) are not permitted in the workplace, but My Little Ponies are acceptable provided you only brush their shiny manes off the clock or waiting for a reboot.
- We can provide a USB powered desk fan, provided you sign a release waiver.
- We have an actual sandbox in our office... you can take very short walks anytime you like provided you wash your feet first and promise not to trod upon the Lilliputians.
- All the cinnamon you want my friend.
- Okay, this is perhaps a bit over the top, and you might want to seek professional counseling if you feel you need this kind of validation.
- That's a lie. I work at Digital Positions, because for some reason they have not discovered the glitch in payroll and I continue to show up.
