DP has a new Project Manager

Traditionally, the “Project Manager” role is a transactional role: he/she is responsible for project documentation, project timeline, resource allocation, content delivery, and project milestones. This is a critical role for any development firm.

At DP, the Project Manager role is part project czar, part traffic manager, part therapist, and part business analyst.

As DP’s new Project Manager, Robert serves as a client steward and ensures that adherence to the project strategy is manifested at every level. Yes, he is the one that drives the schedule, the milestones, the deliverables and the people. But, more importantly, he is also the one that helps the client navigate the intricacies of a development project without getting mired in the minutiae.

At his previous position at Equifax, he co-managed the implementation of a new delivery system for client projects.  Prior to Equifax, during his tenure with The Collegeboard, he managed the development and delivery of online applications, used by high school students, for over 150 colleges and universities across the US and UK.

With this combined Project Management and systems experience, we expect only the highest quality of service and dedication to your project.

So can you.
