Yes there really is a BoomSocket: Alpha Coming Next Week!

Yes it's true we are releasing an Alpha build of BoomSocket! You're not imagining things, this isn't April 1st, and no we aren't that much of a tease. But there are some caveats to this release.

• You won't be able to get code till next week (we need to package it up and write some install instructions)
• You'll have to fill out a form and give us your contact information and maybe answer a few questions
• You'll be bound to an NDA just to keep the flow of information under control

The NDA will be a simple one, nothing you haven't seen before and it's there just to help control the flow of information. The form will also be simple and is mainly there for us to track who has the code and to provide some general contact information so we can setup accounts for you in our other systems such as the bug tracker, wiki and document repository, first born donation tracking system, you know the important stuff.

So if you are super psyched about this and can't wait for our next blog post email support AT d-p DOT com with the subject of "Alpha Fool" and we'll make sure you know before we blog about the form and process. Oh yea if you do email us you'll also be a guinea pig possibly for this whole process, so you better like a little self inflicted punishment.
